Moooment of Bliss Banana Buckweat Pancakes

Fluffy, golden, and fried in the good fats your grandma would approve of.


Two bananas, four golden-yolked eggs, and a sizzle of real fat. This is breakfast the way our great-grandmothers would have made it — simple, nourishing, and a little cheeky. Sprinkle in the organ blend, and you’ve got pancakes that whisper of forests, farms, and slow mornings.


Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 4 organic eggs

  • 1 dl buckwheat flour

  • Pinch of cinnamon + cardamom

  • Coconut oil or local tallow

  • ½ tsp Nära Jorden Organ Blend

  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt

  • Whipped coconut cream (or raw cream)





How to:


  1. Mash bananas, whisk in eggs, add flour and spices.

  2. Heat fat in a pan, add the mix and fry until golden.

  3. Sprinkle with organ blend (close to the end of cooking time to preserve nutrients)

  4. Add salt, and serve with cream. Add any toppings of your choices (think berries, home-made jam, nuts, seeds, ...)
