Savory, protein-rich, and satisfyingly simple.
These homemade breakfast sausages are warm, aromatic, and full of grounding flavor — rosemary, thyme, and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients:

450 g ground turkey
1/2–1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the oil and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes (if you are in a hurry, you can skip this step).
Shape into 8 patties and fry in coconut oil for about 5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. If you have a meat thermometer, verify that the inside is at least 72C.
Once removed from heat, sprinkle Nära Jorden Ancestral Organ Blend over the patties while still warm and let it absorb in.
Personal tip:
We usually make a bunch of them, and freeze them in for others meals. Make sure they do not touch each other when freezing in, to make it easier to take them out individually.
They're also a perfect snack or even for our breakfast, alongside a Golden Morning Banana Omelette for instance 😉
